With over 30 years as a business owner, my passion has always centred on creation, co-creation, and education. I am the founder of several ventures, including Quod Architecture, EntreMap—the product of eight years of research—and PocketMuse.
My academic background is rooted in Entrepreneurship. I completed a Master’s degree by research in this field and continue this work through my PhD, which has taken me to leading institutions around the world such as NUS and NTU (Singapore), HKUST (Hong Kong), Kyushu University (Japan), Sasin and Chulalongkorn University (Thailand), Harbour.Space (Thailand), IESE (Barcelona), MIT, Harvard, Stanford (USA), and Fudan University (China).
From 2017 onward, I served as the Community Manager and Program Lead for the QUT Foundry, working closely with QUT Chancellery and Bluebox, and contributing to numerous national and international programs, including:

2018: Startup Catalyst Community Leaders Mission (Denver, Boulder, San Francisco, USA)
2018: QUT CEA Collider Asia Immersion Week (Bangkok, Thailand)
2015–2019: Management of the GEM National Expert Survey, assessing early-stage entrepreneurial activity across Australia
I have coordinated Entrepreneurship units across the MBA, EMBA, and DMBA programs at QUT, and for eight years, I designed and facilitated entrepreneurship programs, including co-designing the digital MBA unit GSP140.
Across my career, I have contributed 12 years to teaching and learning within the QUT Business School and eight years to building QUT Foundry / QUT Entrepreneurship—the university’s entrepreneurship incubator, accelerator, coworking space, community, and educational program.
My work includes designing, organising, and delivering 63+ hackathons, coordinating 50+ pitch panels, and running 300+ workshops for over 7,000 participants, totalling more than 5,000 hours of delivery. I also published EntreMap, a unique and comprehensive psychometric profile measuring 21 validated entrepreneurial mindset factors; conducted research on entrepreneurial strategy, process, and frameworks; and created the Complete Canvas, an integration of leading entrepreneurship frameworks.
I remain committed to advancing entrepreneurship through education, community building, and the creation of tools that empower founders, innovators, and learners around the world.
